To find the right door supervisors for your venue, we start by properly understanding your customers, your brand and your business environment. Finding the right individuals

After consulting with you and understanding your unique requirements we will present you with profiles (including CV, photograph and references) of a selection of specifically chosen candidates. You decide which applicant you would like to interview and once you’ve made your selection we will ensure your chosen door supervisors are inducted to your venue procedures.

We will ensure their performance is monitored by our dedicated compliance team and where necessary remove and replace door supervisors who don’t make the grade; no delay, no drama. We recognise the potential for conflict in the door supervisor role and where our risk assessment indicates a need we include the use of professional bodycams as part of our service.

Hybrid hospitality security roles

Hand-picked Mobile Patrol Officers

We will hand-pick a selection of Mobile Patrol Officers, from our wide pool of candidates in your area, for you to meet.  Those you select as regular Officers will be inducted to conduct patrols on a daily basis.  The others will act as relief support as needed, so you always have back up if any Officers are unable to work or if you want to expand the service quickly. 

All our Mobile Patrol Officers are fully screened in accordance with British Standard 7858.

Mobile Patrol Procedures

Our Mobile Patrol Officers will undertake frequent visits to check your site; conducting internal and external patrols depending on your requirements.  We will check for any signs of suspicious activity, investigate and remove any unauthorised people, and liaise with police or other services as necessary.

We will ensure that all visits are conducted at random times to prevent any potential thieves from predicting a routine.   We will make it obvious that your property is being visited and checked regularly which will help to deter vandals and intruders.

Leisuresec Keyholding & Alarm Response Service can provide a reasonably priced, professional, keyholding and alarm response service; adhering to ‘British Standard 7984 - Key-holding and Response services’.

We can include daily unlocking and locking up as part of your service. Implementing our service One of our Regional Managers will visit your site to meet you and conduct a risk assessment and site survey. We will produce the assignment instructions using this information and identify Security Officers to match your requirements.

Carefully selected Security Guards

Our Security Officers are rigorously screened and trained to carry out your requirements effectively and efficiently.  We recruit locally ensuring Officers know the area well and can respond to your alarms as quickly as possible.

We will give you the option of choosing and interviewing Security Officers from a selection we have identified.  You will also have the ability to decide whether an Officer suits your style of operation, giving you the opportunity to retain or replace them without any disruption to your service.

Securing your keys

Your keys are stored in a key safe at one of our regional offices.  Or for remote areas your keys will be carried by our Mobile Officer in a car safe.

We take every precaution to keep your keys and in turn your property secure.  All your keys will be logged with our control room database.  We will issue each key with a unique serial number that matches the specific lock and site details on our secure database; ensuring there is no way for anyone else to identify which property your key belongs to.  

Responding to calls

When your alarm is activated, our 24 hour control room will contact one of our Mobile Officers.

We use FocalPoint software via our Officer’s mobile phone app to monitor their GPS location, enabling the control room to contact the Officer closest to your premises.  

Our Officer will respond within the timeframe we have agreed with you and carry out a full property check; taking appropriate action depending on circumstances, and following our established procedures.  We will ensure our Officer remains on site until it has been fully secured.

Incident Reports

Incidents are recorded by our Officers on Focal Point, enabling you to access reports instantly, via the secure client portal, without having to wait for us to email details to you.

Leisuresec understands that Security Guarding is an essential part of many organisations’ security strategy.  

We can provide Security Guard cover 24 hours a day, or at specific times depending on your needs.  Our Security Guards can deliver reception and concierge services in addition to security, providing a welcoming face for your staff and visitors. 

When stationed at a building entrance or a gatehouse, Security Guards will monitor and authorise access to your premises.  They can also perform searches to prevent admission of prohibited items.

Internal and external patrols

Leisuresec Security Guards regularly conduct internal and external building patrols; checking windows, doors, gates, looking for signs of intrusion or criminal damage.

Daily reports provided

Planning & Managing

We will appoint one of our Regional Managers to work with you right from the planning stages of your event; attending meetings, and liaising with your other contractors and emergency services to ensure your event runs smoothly.  

We will carry out a full risk assessment.  Our Security Operatives are trained in dynamic risk assessment, as well as first aid, crowd control, conflict management and emergency procedures so we are fully prepared to deal with any eventuality and ensure the smooth and safe running of your event.

Our Operatives maintain high standards of health & safety from planning and preparation through to completion and the breakdown/ clear-up of your event.   All our procedures are reviewed after each event to ensure we learn and continually improve our standards.
